EP Portal AXReferenceBoundField Search with two filter

Hi,
Thanks in adv.
I am a new to development of EP portal.

We are building the user control in Asp.net and loading the website in Web part inside share point.

We have a form inside that we have AXReferenceBoundField with reference to field 'Staff File' of HCM Worker table.

So while lookup of this field, we show two fields in the lookup : Staff File as well as name.

Also, we get a default filter bar above from which we are able to search/filter on name.

Our requirement is to search on name also. However name in not a field present in HcmWorker table and instead is obtained via method.

Please suggest the way to do it

Kindly help regarding this.
