Hide Resolve Button on Case View if User is not Submitter

I used the Ribbon Workbench to create this functionality inside the of the Case entity and it works as expected. How can I achieve a similar functionality for the views?

Hi,

You can use the same approach you used for the customizations you introduced to the Case entity ribbon (Form). The only difference here is that, in Ribbon Workbench, you'll pick the button you want to customize from the Home of SubGrid sections, depending on what exactly you need to achieve.

You typically choose Home when you want to customize buttons that are available on the entity list, which you find by browsing the main application window i.e. outside the context of a particular record. You would pick SubGrid if you want to customize buttons that are displayed in subgrids, which are controls placed on an entity form.

I believe you can achieve that the same way - through customization of the Ribbon of Views in this case. Can you please be more specific regarding your issue?
