Unable to Create Case when associated with SLA with Customer Service Schedule.

I am getting error while creation of Case associated with SLA and service calendar. When I am not associate my Business Hour into SLA  , Case is creating successfully.

We have made all time zone (CRM, Calendar , Server) similar but its not help and also implement one simple SLA and associate Business hour but unable to resolve.
