Creating a custom dialog/pop-up based on the Close Quote Dialog (WinQuoteRequest)

I am trying to remove the process of creating an Order when setting a Quote as won. To do this I want to create a custom button which sets the Quote status to Won. However, I also want to show a pop-up similar to the Create Order pop-up / dialog which is shown when you click the Create Order button in the Quote (my apologies for the Dutch text):

Should I create this custom dialog with plain HTML/CSS and JavaScript or are there any other ways to achieve this?

*The new Button, to change the Quote status to won, is calling a custom Plugin.

I also can not find any of the dialog forms, like the Create Order, in the Dynamics back-end, where can I find them? I already searched through the entity forms, views and the Dialogs.
