Dear community,
As a digital transformation manager I am facing more and more feedback from new employees who previously worked on SalesForce that the interface of D365 CRM is more difficult to deal with.
I took a trial on SalesForce and functionality wise, they all look the same;
However I was surprised by the simplicity of the interface : less visible fields, more reactivity of pages/modals and most important more obvious actions.
I'm working with sales people and tech on the field, things have to be obvious for them, they don't need to guess where to find functionalities.
One example I found which may look irrelevant for IT people but not for sales people and tech on the field, is for example with the Timeline.
Below the timeline of SalesForce with 4 main buttons (sorry in French) : Email - Log a Call - Create a task - Create an appointment. Simple !
in CRM365 : blank aread and you have click (+) on the right.
Question : is there a way to put text button linked to quick create forms for those activity in the timeline ? or any other workaround ?
thank you
