Users are getting a message that they don't have access to a particular AA code when they try and use it in a transaction.
When logged in as SA, the User Access window shows that "Restrict User Access" is unchecked, so i check it, and look up the code in question. it's restricted for all users, so mark the code for as active for all users in both Distribute and Adjust columns, uncheck the restrict access box, and click save.
GP is then locked, and the cursor is stuck in a loading spin.I have to force close, and when i log back in, the window has the restrict user access box unchecked, and if i look that particular code up again, it's now checked for all users, I guess it's saving the update but locking for some reason? Any idea what might be going on? it happens even if i change nothing, and just click save after opening the window.
Is there some setup flag that may have gotten out of sync, and is causing AA to lock up? i think i've gotten error messages
