Hello,

I am trying to create a new user for Dynamics 365. I have created a new user in Office 365. But that user is not visible in Dynamics 365 -> Security -> Users list. I check with all the views available in user but its not their. I have assigned the MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement license to the user but not set any administration privileges to the user. That is that is normal User with no any admin access. Please help me to solve this issue.

Hi,

Please try to navigate to Environment->Settings->Users to add your user, and then go to Dynamics 365 -> Security -> Users list to check whether the user is visible or not.
