User Control has caused a compilation error

I have Web user control page (without data source) in EP and deploy its succussfully

When opening from Website the following error showing

The User Control EPSMCHcmWorkerMovementValidateUC.ascx(my usercontrol name) has caused a compilation error. To view details about this error, enable debugging in the web.config file or view the Windows event logs.
but when i was user control complied in AOT
there is no error showing .

    Edit web.config file from the ep site and modify the next values

    callstack="true"

    <customErrors mode="Off"/>

    debug="true"

    The callStack will be printed in ep

    You will be able to see the entire details of the error in the event viewer.

    Make sure you refresh AOD before the test
