Listing of Objects contained in Designer

How do I obtain a list of all objects in Version 2.6 Navision and in 2013R2. I don't know if there is an easy way to do this.  Auditors are requesting this information to make it easier to establish what roles do what and allow them to create new roles and permissions.  I need a listing of tables, codeunits, reports, etc. to give to them. Also this will be used to set what they would like to show in the change log. The reason to do for both versions is we are migrating to 2013R2 within a couple of months. Any help is appreciated.

You can open Object Designer and Click All

Select all objects and Copy to excel from both versions and then compare.

Thank you very much!  Saved so much time and it's early did not even think of that!
