    Hi Cheska,

the Views that have been created in Advanced Find - Save As are so called "Personal Views".

The easiest way that I know to get an overview about all Personal Views, is to use XRMToolbox, a free software by MVP Tanguy Touzard, which includes lots of other tools by other MVPs and community members: https://www.xrmtoolbox.com/

Inside the XRMToolbox there are several tools, that can be used to either Analyze which user has created which views in a specific environment, or other tools also allow sharing of personal views, converting personal views to system views or even migrate personal views from one environment to another.

    For example:
    - Personal user views migration by Clement Olivier
    - Personal View Manager by Corey Sutton
    - Personal Views/Charts/Dashboards Transfer Tool by Andrew Butenko

    1) Once you have downloaded XRMToolbox, you are asked to install the tools in the Tool Library (also available in Configuration). After successfully downloading the tools, the program will restart.
    2) Next step is to set up a connection to your Dynamics 365 environment.
3 &4 ) Then you can open one of the tools e.g. Personal View Manager
    5) Get a List of the users in your environment and select one or several users in the list below
    6) By clicking on Get Views - all Personal Views of the selected users will be shown on the right side of the tool
