Enterprise Portal not getting access by External Network

Hi All,

We have multiple server setup where user getting connected through the RDP. For external user we have given the External IP for RDP.

Now We have installed EP in our SQL server and open the ports for external use in addition we also open the access of External IP for EP.

Our site is working perfectly fine for Internal sever but when we re trying to get it from External network it's asking for the user credentials but  throwing error. Plase let me know if I am missing something here.

    yes ADA,

    That was the issue with AAM but strangely the issue resolved by creating site Collection without any file dictionary (Without  /Sites/DynamicsAx).

    After AAM setting with dictionary it was throwing "404 Not Found" Issue but when i created a collection directly with Ip Address it was able to access it rom External Network Also.

    Yes, I Got the solution.

    That was the issue with AAM but strangely the issue resolved by creating site COllection without any file dictionary (Without  /Sites/DynamicsAx).     Hello Rahul,

    How did you access EP from external network? I mean what's the URL you used. Please confirm if you have added the url into the AAM list of EP web application. If not, you will meet such kind of issue. If this issue is still there, you can check the logic via ILSpy further to check the URL using to access EP.
