I have read that the Noteindx field in the RM10201 cash receipts links to the SY03900 record but I have looked and cannot find it. I am trying to create a work around for importing cash receipts with the EFT Flag set.

You mean that you are entering Note Comments for Batch and not for CR Document Number right?

Sorry not explained real well.
I integrated batch of cash receipts into RM10201 then checked EFT flag and entered comments and saved. I get a value in Noteindx but don't see anything in SY03900. I wanted to create a query to do this function for the entire batch but I am concerned if I need to create a Noteindx and/or SY03900.

SELECT TXTFIELD FROM SY03900
JOIN RM10201 ON SY03900.NOTEINDX = RM10201.NOTEINDX
RM10201 table stores unposted transactions, so try out to enter Cash Receipts and save it to a batch along with entering some Note comments.
