Impact of changing Windows domain to existing AX 2012 R3 setup including Retail

Hi Expert,

I would like to know about the impact of changing windows domain to currently running AX 2012 R3 including its Retail setup as well.

Our customer is planning to change its windows domain (Replace it with new name) so what will be the best practice for AX 2012 R3 including Retail, shall we do re-installation of all components including the POS as well and use the existing database and update the userinfo table? Or we just change the domain of those windows and update UserInfo table and replace current service account with new service accounts.

Please share your valuable thoughts.

-Thanks
