We have a situation with a customer of ours where they would like an Administrative Assistant to enter time & expenses for a number of different executives. Basically a way to delegate this entry without providing the user direct access to the other user's account.
I can't find this ability in the system. Am I missing something or is this just not a feature that is available?
Hi Drew,
I understand that your are interested in PSA delegation capabilites on creating time entries and expenses.
They way to achieve it really depends on the PSA version you are using.
PSA v2: docs.microsoft.com/.../allow-someone-else-enter-time-entry-expense
PSA v3: docs.microsoft.com/.../whats-new-changed-v3
You can see on the v3 documentation that the implementation is more of a workaround/guidance and is not a formal, officially supported implementation.
Yes you can, Please follow the below article.
docs.microsoft.com/.../allow-someone-else-enter-time-entry-expense
