I'm working with a CRM entity that requires document storage across multiple SharePoint team sites, each designated for different departments or teams. I'm seeking guidance on the following:

Managing Document Locations Efficiently: What strategies can improve user experience, particularly to avoid requiring users to select the correct SharePoint site for uploads every time?
Synchronizing Data: What are the best practices for keeping documents and metadata consistent across different SharePoint sites?
Permissions Management: How can I effectively manage security and permissions across multiple sites while ensuring proper access control based on CRM roles?

You could create a custom page that opens when the ribbon button is clicked.

On this page, you can include options, such as checkboxes or two-option fields, to select file details and the desired SharePoint storage location.

Once the target SharePoint location is selected, you can trigger a custom Power Automate flow to upload the document to the specified location.
