Unload POS products ?

Hello,

To load products in POS we create assortments and catalog with some released products from our retail hierarchy. All is ok.

But when we exclude or delete a product from assortments and catalog, the product is still directly available in POS.
Can we delete a product from the POS database if we exclude it from assortment ?
May be we need to look in our sync process if there is a task to unload / delete products ?
