SQL ERROR - PERMISSION 'EXECUTE' DENIED for AX 2012

SQL error description: [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]The EXECUTE permission was denied on the object 'sp_PreCloseNonFinTransfer', database 'MyDatabase', schema 'dbo'.

I tried doing DB sync and putting proper PERMISSIONS in SQL Database for AOS Service Account and schema. This fixed the problem but everytime I DB sync, the problem repeats. I was not able to find any hints from InventCostTaskController class.

I am trying to do an Inventory Closing and Adjustment and this is the error. Any help for this? Thanks!

I'm using AX 2012 R3 CU9.
