Change tracking on data entities

Hi All,

Can any one help me with this feature "Change tracking " on data entities why do we use it and how do we achieve it.

    Simple answer is to know what records to push between two incremental data exports on the entity tables.

    It is simply SQL Server/Azure SQL Change Tracking feature.
