Migrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O on-primes to cloud

Hello everyone,

I have a case where a potential customer with "Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations on-primes" wants to migrate to "Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations cloud"

Is there any documentation for this migration? All I found was about migrations from AX 2012 to cloud, but none between Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.

Or would it be as simple as migrating from a Cloud-hosted environment to UAT/Production?
