Sales Team Add Users Issue

Hello,

I am experiencing issues adding users to the sales team grid within the opportunities page layout. All users within the organization are experiencing the same issue. When the plus sign is selected, I search for a user and click on them. The grid then says "No Sales Team Members Found". Has anyone experienced this issue and identified a resolution?

    What Browser are you using. Try a different one we use IE10

    We also use IE10 for Dynamics. I tried chrome as well, same issue

    if you are using IE then try turn compatability mode on/off to see if this makes a difference.

    Does the same thing happen if you use a different browser

    Have you tried to open the Sales Team field to see what Set Properties are.

    Try this

    Settings --> Administration -->Teams

    Look for the Sales Team if you have one then Look at the Business Unit to see if that is the right or not.

    If you don't have a Sales Team then create on.

    Last try for me!

    Have you tried to re-published the Opportunity Entities. Also do a refresh as well.

    One last thing, When you are doing a look up Record what is the Look in field? try changing it to see what happens.

    I have published all customizations. We have been experiencing the issue for over a month now. I have determined today, however, that you can see the users that are being added on the Sales Team expanded view, just not on the grid directly in Opportunities.

    I finally solved the issue. Under settings > business management > connection roles. "Sales Professional" is the default role for Sales Team, but it is not a Sales Team connection role it is listed as "Other". Once changed to Sales Team, the grid worked.
