Hello,

I was messing up with the Customer Service admin center app in a trial environment and I tried to check the available options in the Workspaces section. There I notice you can "manage" something called "Notification Templates".

Do someone know what is the use of those records, and how they work? (there is something called Notification Fields, related to the Notificacion templates, I don't know what that is either)

This relates to notifications when a customer service agent a work item.
