New users could not enter our trial instance, could anyone help ?
Below is the steps we used:
1.I created an organization in dynamics trial
2.New users request to join the organization
3.I approved the requests, and add all roles to new users
4.New users received system email saying "your request to join organization is approved"
5.New users could not see the trial app in dynamics homepage, if they go to the trial app url directly, it shows error "you are not a member of this organization"
Remark: New users have license for dynamics trial, and their email address are correct in dynamics users;
they have tried to log out and log in again, it doesn't help.
What happened ?
