New users could not enter our trial instance, could anyone help ?
Below is the steps we used:
1.I created an organization in dynamics trial
2.New users request to join the organization
3.I approved the requests, and add all roles to new users
4.New users received system email saying "your request to join organization is approved"
5.New users could not see the trial app in dynamics homepage, if they go to the trial app url directly, it shows error "you are not a member of this organization"
Remark: New users have license for dynamics trial, and their email address are correct in dynamics users;
they have tried to log out and log in again, it doesn't help.
What happened ?
you cannot setup a SG to a trial org as far as I'm aware of

you have done everything correctly.
Can you see the users enabled in the org and they have security roles?
accessing in private was tried?
if everything is set properly I believe you will need to raise a support ticket to support in this case.
