Hi,
I'm attempting to create a number of pre-conversation survey questions in the Chat Widget area of the Omnichannel Administration area.
I click on 'Add Question', a panel comes up on the RHS, the fields are completed, the question is saved, but does not appear in the question list.
I thought there might be a delay on the the question list refreshing but after a considerable length of time still no questions.
Any idea why?
