I have already Created a DropDown Field in CRM System, i need to change it to text how can i change that?
Hi,
As per OOB Behavior, it is not Possible to Change DataType Once Created.
You need to Delete and Recreate the Field.
You can try Attribute Manager tool in xrmtoolbox to convert data type of an attribute.
