We have Dynamics R2. How does one update the 1099 data with the 1099 NEC form?

Have you seen this post from MS?

Your R2 version is out of the mainstream support.
As a result, you have to take care about these things yourself.
Probably talk to a technical expert how to deal with that in R2.
