Cannot Set Dynamic Values for Picklists

I'm having an issue trying to set Dynamic Values for custom picklists in a custom entity. The Set To option does not display any available values for either picklists in the entity itself, or any picklists for related entities.

Any ideas on this would be appreciated.

    If my understanding is correct, I think you're trying to set dynamic value to a picklist in workflow. We had a similar problem on a project before. We contacted Microsfot CRM group and were told it is by design. If you want to populate a picklist value from a related entity, then you'll have to write a plug-in.
