Hi There,

Please can you give me some advice on the difference between Sales Premium and Sales Enterprise License.
I have checked the Microsoft License guide, and see everything is pretty much the same besides some advanced Sales engagement features.

Are there any other features I am missing that would be beneficial to know.

Cheers,
Louis

Sales Premium includes everything in Sales Enterprise, plus advanced features like:
    • Sales Insights (full) – AI scoring, forecasting, relationship analytics
    • Conversation Intelligence – call transcription and sentiment analysis
    • Predictive lead/opportunity scoring
    • Assistant and auto-capture enhancements
If your users need AI-driven insights and advanced engagement tools, go with Sales Premium. Otherwise, Sales Enterprise covers most standard CRM needs.
