LCS overwrites existing Test Case steps in VSTS

Hi

Our costumized test cases (steps) are being overwritten every night when LCS syncs with the VSTS project. After spending hours of searching I still have no idea how to deal with this. Our support partner stated this is a known issue. Does anyone else also experience this issue?

Would apprechiate any help I can get on this. Testing is blocked due to this circumstance - topic is urgent.

    Hi,

    Have you already checked LCS for available hotfixes?

    If you cannot find something there and provided that this is a 'known issue', I would recommend that you contact your local MS support. They should be able to provide you some help for this.

    Hi Ludwig

    I did check the LCS issue list, no success.

    In the meantime I was in contact with our support partner. It is a known issue but not on the top priority list of MS.

    It will be addressed at some point.
