Hi all, I am currently looking for the following problem, maybe someone can help me. When a customer accesses Dynamics 365 Marketing (via email, website), does marketing get information about the IP address? And where is this IP address stored, how can I retrieve it? Thank you very much for your help.

Hi,

The official documentation does not mention that IP address information will be tracked.

You can raise a support ticket for a more precise answer.
