'Get Directions' button

Hi experts,

We recently tested Field Services, during testing we were able to see 'Get Directions' option which opened Googled Maps. However, it seems to have disappeared. This what it looked like. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated on how to restore this option.

Please check the setting in this doc:

Enable location and map settings in Dynamics 365 Field Service | Microsoft Docs

If the setting is correct, this button should show in location tab:
