Close as won not working

Hi All,

We are uable to close opportunity as Close as won is showing read only i.e. we are unable to click on Close as Won Button. When we started debugging this we found following error:

403 : All records were Throttled

Hello Mayur,

To isolate this issue further, can you please help us with information -

1. Do you see any error / warning after clicking on "Close as won" button ?

2. Did you observed that issue started after making any changes to plugin registered on opportunity entity or after any ribbon customizations ?

3. Can you try to deactivate the onLoad / onSave script on form and check if it works ? If yes, then you would need to review the script to find out which function is causing problem

4. Does this issue only happens in UCI or in web client as well ?
