Hi.
I'm trying to get AX help tell my workers what operations / productions they are expected to work on according to the scheduling in AX.
My issue at the moment is that I have a machine (primary operation) and several operators (secondary operation). The 2 operators (Human resources) I have available have different working hours, one is from 7.00 - 14.30, the other has from 15.00 - 23.00.
The machine has working hours from 00.01 to 23.59.
When scheduling the production AX will only schedule one resource for the secondary operation typical the resource with hours from 7.00 to 14.30.
I cant seam to get AX to use the second resource also, so that capacity reservations for the machine would be both 7.00 - 14.30 and 15.00 - 23.00, so a production that takes 12 hours to complete can be done in one day.
I have tried to set the secondary operation to allow the use of 2 resources, but this does not work either
the 2 resources are in the same group, but as mentioned with different working hours.
Any thoughts or ideas as how to solve this ?
