SharePoint search only in meta data

Hi everyone,

 

I'm working in Modern SharePoint and I want to create a custom search vertical (under Microsoft Search) that only searches metadata fields, not content within documents, i don't want files content only in the meta data, and froma site across all sites(global search from a site) how to make it
