Retail is not creating .rpf files for a specific store and only for upload sessions

Posted on by 25

My client is using AX2012 R3 Retail , and it was working fine for more than two years ,

one old store lets call it 'Store1'  , suddenly since date 16/10/2018 it stopped uploading sessions ,on the other hand  download sessions are working fine

while i was trying to investigate  the source of the problem ,

I notice that the CDX folder for this stores is not creating and new  .rpf files for a specific store only

all other stores are working fine.....

any solution to my problem , any documentation for how the rpf files are created ?
