What is the percentage in the Schedule Board?

Hello everyone!

I'm new to FS and was wondering what the percentage and duration field are under the Resources name in the Schedule Board? I thought it would be Resource Utilization, but the numbers don't add up.

Also, could this section be customized?

Thank you.

It is "{{BookedPercentage}}" in the resource cell template. Do you know if there also is a token for the absolute availability? We would like to show something like "62/80", while 80 is the availability of a resource for lets say 2 weeks and 62 is the amount of hours already booked. Feel free to answer me on my question: community.dynamics.com/.../bookedpercentage-token-in-default-resource-cell-template

Welcome to the wonderful world of Field Service and Scheduling (URS).  First, here are some helpful links to get you going:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../schedule-anything-with-universal-resource-scheduling

    docs.microsoft.com/.../configure-schedule-board

In addition, URS is extensible and documentation can be found here:  blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/.../universal-resource-scheduling-extensibility-documentation-released  and here:  docs.microsoft.com/.../schedule-anything-with-universal-resource-scheduling

The fields you reference are 1) the number of hours a person is booked for the time period shown on your schedule board and 2) the percentage he is booked.

You should be sure to setup the work hours for your resources so the percentage displays appropriately.

    I hope that helps.

    Scott

The percentage in the resource card is based on the total viewable date range's working hours (that's why it changes when you choose to see more or less days) divided by booked duration. Within each block of time/grain, it only considers that range's bookings and capacity.

The resource cell (that holds these values) can be customized, the calculcation logic cannot.

You are right. It might be that the booking is marked as completed? Try changing it to another Booking Status?
