Trial Balance column layout

Hi Partners,

I am using account schedules to design Trial Balance Report and the following is what I indicated as columns

1. column heading= Balance Debit and Credit

2. Column type = net change

3. Amount type= Debit and Credit amount.

Yet the TB is not displaying well. Am I missing something. Many thanks in advance.

You have to see 4 columns

Debit and Credit for Net Change

Debit and Credit for Balance

Hi Tatiana,

Thanks the response. Your submission is fine but what options do you select in the rows in the column layout to get this output. I have tried several if them but I see the debit amount appearing again in the credit column. What might I be missing. Thanks

Hi Richard,

It might be that you have problem with printer parameters. Please try to export report to excel

Have done that but the issue is the same. But is the row selections correct in the column layout:

1. column heading= Balance Debit and Credit

2. Column type = net change

3. Amount type= Debit and Credit amount.

Hi Mahesh,

When you click on the overview, you will see the same Debit amount appearing in the Credit column. That is what I mean. Is my row selections ok for trial balance:

1. column heading= Balance Debit and Credit

2. Column type = net change

3. Amount type= Debit and Credit amount.

Pls confirm

Tatiana, I find it very hard to attach documents on this platform. When I upload I usually have a send error.
