Which standard functionality is the best for an employee to apply for studies which will be funded by a company using budget control?
Steps
- An employee must create a request to study maybe a degree, Phd etc in system and submit to workflow to be approved by a manager but budget should be auto check and reserve upon workflow approval.
- Once approved, the employee will then apply at the college to study and register.
- Once the employee is registered at a college to study then submit all documents to the finance team to make college fees payments.
Is there a standard functionality that can achieve the same/or similar requirement?
I know there is course form on the HR module, Vendor invoice and vendor payment journal but not sure how to go about this requirement.
