Save local image to a BLOB field

Hi Everyone

           I have NAV2015 (Version 8.00.42603). 

           This version does not have Media or MediaSet data type.

           In this version, is there a way to save a local image to table's BLOB field?

    There are functions in codeunit 419 to import blob from the file,  please check that codeunit.
