When export/Import ModelStore for staging environment to Production environment with steps:

1. Export Modelstore (test.axmodelstore)

2. Emport Model store to TempSchema

3. Apply TempSchema to database_model

4. Restore Business data (database.bak)

5. Restart AOS

6. Synchronize

Error:

SQL statement: SP_RENAME ""DBO".SYSPOLICYRULE.ALLOWPRICEDISCOUNTTRANSFEROVERRIDE','PRICEDISCOUNTTRANSFER','COLUMN

    some small questions, multiple AOS?

    did you rename something in the new model?

    in ax 2009 , incase of an cluster index, it also had trouble,

    is the new field part of an index?

    Hello,

    I didn't rename anything. I'm trying to update a AX 2012 R2 CU6 installation to CU7.

    I have only one AOS.

    I see this discussion is old. I'm going to post here anyway.

    I got the same problem during cu6 - cu7 upgrade (ie. model import from cu6 env into cu7 env)

    Someone suggested that I should go to SQL, drop the table in SQL, go back to AX, synchronize the table.

    This worked.

    yes true, but than your SysPolicyRule are gone

    check also the SQLDictionary table, that will do the renaming
