We installed NAV 2009 RTC over a year ago. We recently replaced a client PC, loaded NAV and it does everything but print checks in RTC. Checks do print from Classic and we can print other reports from RTC. When we try to print a check In RTC we get a pop up saying "Microsoft Dynamics NAV Classic is not installed. You must install it before you can open Classic reports from RoleTailored client." I am sure NAV is pulling the wrong error message as we can do everything we've tried in Classic. Any insight on the cause is greatly appreciated. Warren
