GP 2013-- business portal licenses

We are upgrading from GP 2010 to GP 2013. In GP 2010 we have 92 portal licenses, but we do not see any licenses listed in our GP 2013 account in VOICE. Are they transferred automatically when you notify Microsoft of the upgrade?

I would recommend you contact your partner or Sales Operations at 1-800-456-0025 for this type of question.

Also since you are upgrading to GP 2013 I would recommend you look at the new features in R2 as most of the modules in BP are in GP now.

Business Portal users would be transferred to Limited Users. You should see them on your account.
