Purchase Order Automate Line Numbers

Hi,

   While creating a Purchase order, the line numbers are not automatically generated. We need to make it manually. Where can i make the configuration, to get the Line numbers automatically.

    Hi Ramji,

    Please check the form System administration > Setup > System parameters. The field Increment should have a value e.g. 1 or 10.

        Based on the reply, I applied the settings, but it is not reflecting in the purchase order.

    There is an entire table cache for this table. Try to restart the AOS service to flush the cache.

      I restarted the AOS service, but still the line numbers are not automated in PO.

    Please share screenshots of the system parameters and the PO form with your empty line numbers

    Hi Ramji,

    So probably you initially expected to have an existing line updated? That is not working. Only when you create new lines.

    Can you mark an answer which would also help other people solve their problem? The status of this question will get the status answered.
