Add element to a dashboard

Hello,

i have a dashboard on D365 Customer Service.

how can i add this element and using which tool/app?

what is the best practice to achieve this : using canvas app? or Customer insights or Power Bi?

kindly send the steps if possible.

    Hi David,

    The element is pie chart?

    You need create chart firstly, then you can add the chart to dashboard.

    Note: For Dashboard and Chart, they both have two types: System and Personal.

    one more question. where it stores the xml?

    and what if Microsoft update to a new version?

    i am concerned of having the system stopped with errors of incompatibility.

    Don't worry it.

    The xml will be synchronized and updated into the CRM and no incompatibility errors have been encountered yet due to system updates.
