Issue in linking Certification MB 310 (Finance & Operations)

Hi Everyone,
 
I have cleared MB 310 exam (MSD 365 F&O Finance). While booking for the exam, I gave my work email address. When I am trying to attach on the partner site, i am facing the below error. Can anyone help me in this case so that I can associate my certificate on the partner center?
