417So I am drawing a blank on route setup and was hoping someone has run across the solution. I am working with a process mfg company that uses a blending operation where 50 kg will fit into the blender at a time and one blend cycle takes 5 hrs. They also do not always blend in 50 kg multiples.
I am trying to set my route operation to reflect full blend cycles even if a full batch isn't being blended. (So blending 0-50 takes 5 hrs, 50.1 - 100 takes 10 hrs.) They also have multiple steps in their routing so new route versions aren't an option. I am striking out on the Route Formula Calculation options and am not finding much documentation.
(And once I get past the first part of this I will then need to deal with the fact that the blender can be used for other products that have different cycle times.
If anyone has any input on this it would be greatly appreciated.
