can someone help me with some guidance on how to create double dropdown option fields (as in the screenshot below)?

Hi Silvi123,
You can't achieve it, which is by design.

In fact, the first dropdown is used to select views of queue items, the second dropdown is used to filter current view again with other conditions.

You can filter current view through other ways:

filter each columns:

advanced filter:
