hello.
i have an entity list for our active contacts that want to display on our portal. but when i browse our portal under the entity list, shows "there are no records". anyone can help me what is the reason?
regards
It could be a few things:
1. Are there any filters on the view you are using? Check in the model driven app to verify you see data.
2. Do you have any entity permissions setup on your admin account? If you have this set it can be filtering it for you.
how can i check both them you say?
i check it. there is no filter on view. but about the second case that you say i don't know where can i check entity permission setup.
In your portal management app go here.
Make a record like this and the tie it to your admin role (or whatever role you have to your contact). Change it to your entity, this is just the first one I had in my org. You can test the theory by having it global and YES to all the options, then update if it works.
Hello:)
Most likely is related to entity permission permission or and he web roles
check the documentation too
