I don't believe there is a standard field called "Created Date" on the customer unless you have a customization, anyhow to sort on a particular field you just need to add that field as a Key to the table and the in the List Form Properties you need to change the SourceTableView property to use the new key you added.
Add one key as "Created Date" in Table 18 - Customer
You can use existing customer list form (Form - 22)... Sort the records based on the key created above.
You can also create new form and use the "Created Date" key to sort the records.
