Our team just got into Dynamics 365 and I was trying to start working within it and learned that the old Marketing app offered is now called Customer Insights Journeys.
The issue is our licenses are slightly different as stated in the title. Will I need to purchase a new license specifically for the correct customer insights app or is the one that I have now sufficient?
I cant access anything related to customer insights as it is. I search everywhere I can for the app but it doesn't pop up but I may be limited by the admin of the system, but even he cant find it.
Also little side note. He has the CRM app on his end but cant get me to have it as well. Is there anywhere we should look to get that done as well? Thanks!
Unfortunately no. The "self service" licenses are similar to trial. They're intended for testing, automations and Trial environments. Althought this might work, its not the intended use.
On this scenario, you should probably consider getting a full license.
