Hi all,
Hope you can help! Getting a script error and i dont know what or how to resolve. We had a customised Lead entity that i have now rolled back to be standard but im getting script errors. Whats more confusing is that i get two different errors on IE and then Chrome:

Hi partner,
Please refer to the following 2 thoughts.
1. Open your form editor and check if there is still any custom js libraries, if there is, remove them and try again.
2.Please check if there is any fields based on other fields in lead form.
3.Create another new form with OOB components.
